I have experienced multiple lifetimes within this existence, leading me to this moment. My journey of putting pen to paper began when I was a young girl, serving as a means of self-expression and personal healing. This path has paved the way for the narrative of my spiritual transformation and ongoing evolution. My conscious awareness grows with each living word I write and every daily experience I encounter. This book has undergone its metamorphosis as if channeled through me for a grander purpose that eludes mere description. 

Expressing and refining my inner thoughts through written words has consistently been a profound form of meditation and healing in my life’s journey. As I reflect on my past, there is no doubt that each written thought or composition I have created carries a profound significance, aligning itself intricately with all my life lessons. This very book stands as a testament to that truth – a life collection of experiences birthed into its own story to be told. By divine timing, I now possess the ability to impart these words to you from a vantage point uniquely my own. 

Each chapter brings my personal evolution, yielding a fresh perspective of insights from my own hardships, which have been transformed into a humble appreciation for life today. All these life lessons have crystallized into wisdom, apparent missteps that have turned into newfound growth, liberation, and triumphs. A lifetime of continual growth imparts a wellspring of insights to share and build upon an ongoing journey of renewal.

I was fifty-five when I knew I was destined to write this book. The title manifested itself in a vision along with a clear sense of the path it would navigate. A soft yet loud inner voice whispered a reassuring affirmation in my heart that these words would not solely be my own but would enable me to further awaken into the next revelation of my existence as an author.

As you embark on this book, you will be gently guided through this embodied existence we share to uncover the ‘No-body’ within ourselves. This formless existence saved my life, awakened me to my true essence, and is the profound inspiration I wish to impart to you. The ‘No-body’ that encompasses all and is truly our greatest personal power. 

To achieve this, I had to unearth the desire to live an extraordinary life with an unrelenting hunger to pursue self-awareness at any cost. Amidst all the trials and tribulations, I yearned for that transformative ‘a-ha’ moment, which would revolutionize my existence. I was lost; all I ever wanted was to be found, and indeed, I was. My ‘a-ha’ moment found me as I stared death in the eyes and breathed new life into my being, resulting in a radical spiritual awakening that changed the direction of my life forever. I hope that by reading these pages, you will avoid the depths of hardships I had to experience along the journey to self-actualization.  

This profound encounter with what I know as ‘The Spirit of Love’ brought me back to life, rewriting the very nature of my being and leaving an indescribable mark on my soul. In the awakening of this event, a newfound desperation to live surged within me as if making a complete reversal from darkness to light. I was now ignited with an intense yearning to ascend to the pinnacle of my being. Little did I realize that this was the genesis of a journey laden with stern love and formidable lessons. 

The journey before me would not be smooth; however, standing at a juncture where nothing remained forfeited, I wholeheartedly committed. Each trial ahead would become an everlasting investment into my soul, my ‘No-body’, which lies beyond form!

Eye-opening revelations just kept being revealed to me. I realized that much of what I had been experiencing was merely my ego and false pride hiding underneath the goodness of my heart. In truth, I had only begun to peel off the façade I had built around me. New lessons would continue to come forth, raising mixed emotions and gradually sorting themselves out into their right places. A new journey that captivated my passion to unearth the core of my being. This was the only aspect that mattered to me; self-worth derived from within my no-bodied self, without form, independent of external accomplishments or limitations. 

Subsequently, I embarked on an amazing journey, immersing myself in Christianity while embracing other religious beliefs and philosophies, broadening my exploration of both the spiritual realm and the vast expanse of creation. Nothing would ever be what I once thought, nor would it ever be literal in its meaning. I warmly embraced the integration of spiritual gifts into my life, drawing inspiration from the wondrous teachings and miracles attributed to many spiritual leaders. 

Calling upon the Divine Love within me, I wholeheartedly embraced the profound teachings that Christ imparted during his earthly incarnation as Jesus. He endured immense suffering yet remained steadfast to his truth. His teachings emphasized non-judgment and a boundless love that often surpasses our own capacities, urging us to unite and support one another.  

As I sought the truth in my life, I believe Christ opened my heart and mind, allowing me to embrace the wisdom of diverse religious teachings and the insights of philosophical leaders. Through this union of beliefs, I have attained a deeper understanding of universal truths that resonate with me today- truths that lie central within the Spirit of Love. Truths that dissolve barriers of separation remind me that this earthly existence is but a waypoint on a greater journey. 

Having relinquished my own judgments, each new day becomes a transformative journey, freeing me from the shackles of past regrets and the grip of future fears. My life unfolds as an unbroken continuum of present experiences. I relinquish the need to define myself in a world obsessed with identities. preferring to be a vessel for a higher purpose, dedicated to self-awareness, spiritual growth, empowerment, and self-actualization. 

Through all the difficulties in my life, I have shed the weight of my own ego-driven need for validation and am now living a life of true liberation, the life I have yearned for myself and you. A life I have longed for both personally and for those dear to me. It is a life I aspire to reveal to you and the world by sharing my life-changing experiences and profound insights. I am deeply thankful for the privilege of these living words flowing through me. 

My earnest hope is that everybody, one day, discovers their ‘No-body’ within themselves through the pages of this book – your no-bodied self that cherishes you just as you are, unadulterated and untainted by the world. The one who loves you endlessly and remains a constant presence in your life.
